Referent za pravne poslove  

Duties and responsibilities:

• Izrada Ugovora ( poslovna saradnja, zakup, kupoprodaja, najam i drugi)
• Izrada internih akata Društva
• Pisanje podnesaka, dopisa i zahtjeva prema sudovima, općinama i drugim institucijama i organima
• Priprema dokumentacije za pokretanje tužbe i izrvšnih postupaka pred nadležnim sudovima
• Sprovođenje postupka gruntovskog i katastarskog uknjiženja, upis tereta i zabilježbi u zk ulošcima
• Svakodnevna komunikacija sa sudovima, Općinama, poreznih upravama i drugim institucijama i organima
• Praćenje izmjena i dopuna zakona
• Osnivanje novih društava i podružnica, izmjene ovlaštenih lica u registru
• Poslovi iz oblasti radnih odnosa (prijave, odjave,, sačinjavanje ugovora o radu, vođenje evidencija, prijava na programe sufinansiranja preko Federalnog zavoda za zapošljavanje, obavljanje intervjua za zapošljavanje novih radnika)
• Obavlja i druge poslove po nalogu nadređenog

Required knowledge and skills:

• University degree – Faculty of Law
• At least one year of work experience in the above positions
• Temeljito razumijevanje zakonskih i podzakonskih akata
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Independence in performing tasks.
• Deadline management
• Category B driver's license - active driver
• Vozačka dozvola B kategorije – aktivan vozač
