JOB OPENING

for employment in the following position:

Referent in the public procurement sector

Duties and responsibilities:

• Implementation of public procurement procedures in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement - monitoring tender announcements, collecting and preparing the necessary documentation, making offers, writing appeals, participating in e-auctions
• Monitoring of regulations in the field of public procurement
• Data collection and processing for the preparation of analyses and reports
• Monitoring the implementation of contracts and framework agreements and reviewing them before signing
• Active communication with state bodies and private institutions

 Required knowledge and skills:

• University degree – Faculty of Law
• At least one year of work experience in the above positions
• Thorough understanding of the Law on Public Procurement and related legal acts
• Excellent computer skills
• Knowledge of spoken and written English – desirable
• Ability to manage several public procurement procedures simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Independence in performing tasks.
• Deadline management
• Category B driver's license - active driver
