Regional head of retail sales

Duties and Responsibilities:

- participates in developing a long-term sales strategy in retail business units;
- ensures the implementation of the strategy in retail;
- performs regular business supervision of retail units (sales of goods, stock turnover, occupancy, organization, work of employees and managers, legality of business, execution of inventory and regulations);
- proposes business plans and budgets, controls the achieved results and finds the possibility of improving the operations of the facilities for which he is in charge;
- manages the coordination of work and personally conducts periodic or extraordinary work controls in the facilities for which he is in charge;
- proposes measures to improve the work and operation of all facilities for which he is in charge;
- is responsible for achieving the set operating parameters of the facilities for which he is in charge;
- controls all operating costs of facilities for which he is in charge;
- takes care of the proper and rational use of the Company's funds and takes care of the optimization of the costs of the facilities for which he is in charge;
- implements the policy of displaying goods, appearance and size;
- is fully responsible and takes care of the correct implementation of all legal norms in the facilities he coordinates;
- develops and maintains standards, systems and procedures that ensure efficient, safe and competitive trading;
- approves measures for further development of employees based on the manager's proposal;
- organizes, controls and coordinates the work of all managers in the facilities for which he is in charge;
- participates in adjustments and improvements of all technological processes,
- prepares all business analyzes and reports of the facilities for which he is in charge;
- implements instructions and instructions on business operations and the introduction of new business standards

Required knowledge and skills:

- minimum secondary education, preference is given to candidates with completed VŠS or VSC (economic or social studies);
- at least 3 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs;
- computer skills;
- strong negotiation, analytical and presentation skills;
- organizational skills, precision, reliability and teamwork;
- willingness to assume responsibility;
- category B driver's license, active driver.
