Hifa Petrol - THE MOST DESIRABLE EMPLOYER IN 2020

The most successful oil company in BiH - Hifa Petrol, has won the title of the the Most Desirable Employer in the Oil and Gas Sector in 2020. Also, Hifa Petrol ranked 2nd in the overall ranking for the TOP 10 companies in BiH in the category independent of the sector in which they operate. For the sixth time in a row, Hifa Petrol is the winner of this prestigious award given by the portal MojPosao.ba.

The announcement of the most desirable employers was preceded by a multi-month survey in which respondents from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina participated. The research was conducted in two stages, at the beginning and at the end of 2020, that was done before and during the Coronavirus pandemic. The first survey was related to the selection of the Most Desirable Employer, and the second survey was conducted under the name Who would you like to work for in 2020. The final choice of the most desirable employer was influenced by the results of both surveys.

"We are proud of the fact that this year we took the title of the most desirable employer in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the category of oil and gas, and with that recognition we won 2nd place in the overall ranking of all companies operating in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This year's Most Desirable Employer award has a special significance for us because 2020 was a year of great challenges.
