AdBlue is a 32.5% solution of extremely pure synthetic urea in demineralized water, used to clean the exhaust gases in the SCR catalysts, which are incorporated into modern EURO-4 and newer engines for trucks, buses and passenger cars.
Characteristics:
It contains an extremely pure synthetic urea, which is dissolved in demineralized water of the prescribed quality. Using SCR technology in modern engines protects the environment.
By using AdBlue solution in vehicles fuel consumption is reduced.
Compared to EURO-3 engines, the emission of solid particles is reduced by about 40%, and nitrogen oxide emissions are reduced up to 90%.
AdBlue is not poisonous nor dangerous for humans and the environment, nor is flammable. AdBlue solution is a low level of risk of water pollution.
