In the 2019 Most Wanted Employer of BiH Award, held on April 26 at the BiH Armed Forces House, Hifa Petrol won first place as the Most Wanted Employer in the 2019 Oil and Gas Sector. Also, Hifa Petrol ranked 2nd among the top ten companies in BiH in the category independent of the sector in which they operate. This, the most successful BH. for the fifth time in a row, the oil company is the holder of the prestigious award given by the company Kolektiv - Posao.ba.
The announcement of the most desirable employers was preceded by a two-month survey involving respondents from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina. More and more voters are participating in the survey, so a record number of over 250,000 votes was recorded this year. Among the leading criteria were: positive work environment and good employee treatment, job retention, high quality of company products and services, professional development and promotion opportunities, salary, and other benefits.
